Lisa Ball is a former lawyer following a deep heart's calling to teach yoga, mindfulness and share her passion for authentic living.
She is passionate about supporting people to find greater ease freedom in their bodies and a deep sense of purpose and clarity in daily life.
Lisa teaches yoga classes, moving meditation and mindfulness workshops, retreats and yoga teacher trainings. She is also available for mentoring and 1:1 yoga and mindfulness classes.
Lisa is currently based in Melbourne, Australia.
