Lisa first discovered yoga while at university completing her Law/Arts degree. Instantly she felt a deep spark ignite that she had never experienced before. In time she would discover this was the beginning of connecting to a deep heart’s calling.
Once she started her full time career as a lawyer, the grounding and stress-reducing practices of yoga and meditation became integral in managing the demands of high pressured corporate life. While working as a lawyer, Lisa spent time in Europe, Asia and Indonesia deepening her yogic knowledge and practice.
Eventually after 5 years of legal practice, Lisa made the courageous decision to take time out from her career as a lawyer to pursue her passion for the deeply transformational path of yoga. Soon after Lisa found herself in Bali where she completed her Yoga Teacher Training and began teaching yoga and sharing her passion for authentic and inspired living.
Lisa spent 2 years living on the sacred island of Bali, deepening her studies, teaching yoga full time and leading international retreats for Dutch brand Casa Di Yoga and luxury wellness brand The Seventh Seal Retreat. She currently lives in her hometown of Melbourne, Australia and teaches regularly in Bali. (To see her teaching schedule click here)
